Ever wanted to become a Knight of Sufferlandria all while cycling for a good cause? Well here is your chance.
On February 16, 2019 members of HPL Cycling and our friends will be cycling to become "Knights of Sufferlandria" and raising money for Saskatoon Crisis Intervention Services and the Regina, Sk branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
What does it take to become a "Knight of Sufferlandria?" One must ride 10 Sufferfest videos back to back with only a 10 minute break between workouts. These videos are high-intensity, low-volume workouts. We expect that the entire event will take over 11-hours. The physical test here is real!
About our event:
Date: Feb 16:2019 Time: 7am-6pm
Location: Elite Proformance Sport Centre - Saskatoon, Sk
Participants are asked to raise a minimum of $50 for the charities.
For those who are interested in participating and supporting the cause, but don't want to ride for the full 10+ hours, we will have drop in availability with extra trainers to ride/try out. Bike Doctor will be supplying two Wahoo Kickr Snap smart trainers and Bruce's Cycle Works will also be supplying trainers. Just bring your bike.
As mentioned earlier, all donations will be shared equally between Saskatoon Crisis Intervention Services and the Regina branch of the Canadian mental Health Association.
